The old man responded with a nod, lowering his gaze to Mia Ginger and said, "That child Marianne has been willful since she was young. It’s alright, you eat your meal and don’t let her affect you."

The old man smiled and left the dining room with Butler Jackson.

Everyone in the dining room looked at each other in confusion.

After a while, Mia Ginger also put down her chopsticks. Koa Jackson glanced at her and asked, "Shall we go back to the room and rest?"

"Sit here first; I’ll go get the cane." As Koa Jackson spoke, he headed to the living room.

"What’s wrong?" asked Daniella Jackson with a smile, sitting two seats away, "Are you quarreling with Koa?"

"No." Mia Ginger shook her head.

"You both don’t look right to me." Daniella Jackson turned Jax Jackson in her arms, softly laughing, "A little argument between a couple is normal. Take a step back, and everything will pass. Koa is quite reserved, but he’s a decent person."

"I know, Auntie, don’t worry about it." Mia Ginger gave her a slight smile.

Koa Jackson soon returned, greeted Daniella Jackson, and left the dining room with Mia Ginger.

"Come, Auntie will take you out," Daniella Jackson glanced at Jax Jackson in her arms and sighed with a smile.

Koa Jackson settled Mia Ginger in and left too.

Daniella Jackson asked with a smile, "Where’s Mia?"

"Grandpa asked her to stay for a chat."

"No." Koa Jackson straightforwardly denied.

Daniella Jackson laughed helplessly, "Your reactions are identical. That girl is younger than you, after all, she’s still like a child. Be considerate sometimes. Look at that shoulder she bit, does it make sense?"

"Hmm, I went a bit overboard." Koa Jackson pursed his thin lips.

"Apologize to her tonight; couples shouldn’t let grudges last overnight, got it?"

"Okay." Koa Jackson smiled, "Thank you for caring."

"Go on."

"You should rest early too." After he finished speaking, Koa Jackson turned and went upstairs.

Daniella Jackson watched his back, sighed in relief, and couldn’t help but smile and shake her head.
