Chapter 187 Individual Gatherings

Friday night.

Shen Nian, Lin Ling, and Wu Sisi made plans to have dinner together.

Originally, they had planned to get together, but the day after Lin Ling finished her phone call with Shen Nian, she received a call from her agent, Sister Lin, saying that she had helped her get a role in a drama, the third female lead. The role wasn't big, but it was a very positive and likable character, which was perfect for her.

Lin Ling felt like she had won the lottery.

Hearing Lin Ling's words, Shen Nian realized that they had seen what happened in the car.

The blush on her face hadn't completely faded, and now it became even redder.

The two chased after her, and Lin Ling ran behind Wu Sisi to hide, laughing, "Sisi, save me!"

Chen Jia said she passed the written test and is preparing for the interview. She will come to visit them after the test.

The four of them reuniting seems like it won't be long.

After dropping Shen Nian off at the barbecue restaurant, Mo Ze went to Night Bar.

Tang Yichen and the other men were all in a private room on the second floor. The group was led by Lu Xiaowu; he'd rarely called Mo Ze today, and since Mo Ze was free and didn't have to go home for dinner with his wife, he figured he had to seize the opportunity.

He called everyone one by one, telling them that he was the only one missing and that the gathering wouldn't be complete without him. Then everyone informed their spouses, and they all came.

This is probably one of the rare singles gatherings for the five of them in the last year or two.

Mo Ze pushed open the door and came in. Lu Xiaowu immediately whistled and shouted, "Second Brother is here! Everyone's here. We're not leaving until we're drunk tonight!"

He seemed very excited and eager to try it out. He immediately opened two bottles of champagne and placed them on the table, and thoughtfully filled everyone's glasses with the champagne.
